Hurom's Slow Juicer's Patented Design: The Low Speed Technology System (LSTS) - The world's first patented juicer utilizing the LSTS method. It is a complete departure from the standard masticating method. The LSTS method allows the Slow Juicer to extract the maximum amount of nutrients, vitamins, taste and juice from a minimum amount of fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, even soybeans!

This is the third generation version of the Hurom (US model only). It has an improved bowl with a larger pulp ejection outlet to allow for better ejection and prevent food from backing up. The strainer has also been improved. Now made of GE Ultem material (the amber material in the image below), the new strainer is much stronger than the previous plastic one.
